This listing is for an elegant vintage sterling silver-handled candle lighter taper rod measuring approximately 11.5 inches in total length. The weighted sterling handle features a beautifully detailed repoussé floral braid design and is clearly stamped with the authentic 925 SC silver hallmark on the collar. The unit is equipped with a functioning brass/metal thumb-screw mechanism at the top of the handle to slide and secure your wax lighting tapers inside the hollow shaft. Very good vintage looking and working condition with an immaculate high-polish sheen and minimal surface wear commensurate with age.
